Use of Service
Benwin Console is provided for authorized business use. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with system operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform in violation of law, contract, or policy.
Accounts and Access
Access is controlled by account role and approval level. You are responsible for account activity under your credentials and for promptly reporting unauthorized use or suspected compromise.
Customer Data
You retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and authorization of the business data you submit to the platform. Benwin may process that data solely to provide the service and related operational support.
Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or modify features as part of maintenance, security response, or product changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may impose reasonable limits to protect system integrity.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis and Benwin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
